You may or may not have success with our products. Treating SPD and any neurological disorder takes time, commitment, effort, flexibility, and consistency on the part of the parents and therapists. Based on all of the above information, we cannot refund any purchase without the item being shipped back to us UNOPENED in the original packaging. We will gladly replace any defective item sold by us. The defective item must be returned to us with your original shipping order or proof of purchase (receipt) and upon receipt of the product and confirmation of the defect we will either refund that portion of the purchase price, or send you a replacement item free of charge.
