Shipping Methods
At this time Sensory Assault Operations only ships within the United States. We regret that we are unable to ship internationally at this time.
Currently we only ship through USPS.

Under $100 = $10.35
$100.01 - $120.00 = $13.35
Over $120.01 = $23.70
Expedited Shipping
If you require expedited shipping for your item either call us at 845-264-7318 9a.m to 4p.m EST Monday through Friday or e-mail us at orders@sensoryassaultops.com. We will work with you to choose the best shipping option for your needs. The customer will be responsible for any costs incurred by choosing an expedited shipping option. Please note that for expedited shipping your package will mail out the next business day after placing your order. Customers choosing expedited shipping should keep in mind that the delivery time-frame is for business days, not actual consecutive days especially if your order falls on a weekend day or holiday. For instance, if you choose next day delivery and order on a Friday, your item will be shipped on Monday and you should receive it Tuesday. You will be sent tracking information so that you can verify that we have shipped your item on the next business day as per our policy. We will not be responsible for packages that take longer than the customer expects (as in the above situation) and cannot refund the cost of expedited shipping in whole or in part.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, P. O. Boxes, and APO’s
Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii please call us at 845-264-7318 9a.m. to 4p.m EST Monday through Friday, or e-mail us at info@sensoryassaultops.com so that we can find the most affordable shipping option for you.
A physical delivery address is required we cannot ship to P. O. boxes. Orders shipping to APO addresses must be shipped via the United States Postal Service.
Ordering and Processing
In most cases, your order will ship within 3 business days upon receipt of your order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and another e-mail when your item has shipped. Your order should arrive within the timeframe given by the shipping method you have chosen. In the event that your package does not arrive within the given time frame contact us via e-mail at customerservice@sensoryassaultops.com or call us at 845-264-7318 9a.m. to 4p.m. EST Monday through Friday.
Backorders
If an item is backordered, you can place your order and your account will not be charged until the item has shipped. In the event of a backordered product you will be notified by us through the contact information provided by you. We will do everything possible to avoid the inconvenience of backorders, but sometimes it is unavoidable, and we ask for your understanding and patience. Our goal is to get our products to you as quickly as possible, so rest assured that we are working hard to get our items back in stock.
Cancellation
Once your order has shipped, you will be unable to cancel your order. If you realize that you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by calling 845-264-7318 9a.m to 4p.m Monday through Friday or e-mail us at orders@sensoryassaultops.com and type CANCEL in the subject line. If your item has not yet shipped we will be happy to credit your account. However, once the item has shipped (received by the carrier) we cannot cancel your order. When you receive the item please call us for a return confirmation number and send the unopened package back with the return confirmation number on the label. Once we have received the package we will credit your account for the price of the product ordered. If the product has been opened, damaged, or tampered with and is not received by us in new condition we will be unable to issue a refund. We regret that we cannot refund the cost of shipping for canceled or returned orders.
